Here, you’ll find tools and assets that come with your Aikeedo Commercial License. They help you run Aikeedo as a business: design your landing page and price your plans and credits.

Who are these resources for?

These resources are most useful if you run Aikeedo as a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform and charge your users for access:
  1. Pricing: The price calculator turns what AI providers charge you into credit ratios and plan credits that keep your margin.
  2. Design: The Figma file gives you a starting point for your own landing page and branding.
These resources do not affect any functionality within the Aikeedo app itself. They are complementary tools for setting up and running your Aikeedo business.

Accessing Commercial Resources

The commercial resources come with your Commercial License, and you can open them yourself from your Aikeedo account:
  1. Sign in at my.aikeedo.com with the account you bought the license with.
  2. Open the Orders page.
  3. Find your license order and open the commercial resources from there.

Available Resources

1. Figma Design File

Get access to our professionally crafted Figma design file for the Aikeedo landing page. This resource is perfect for customizing your Aikeedo instance or drawing inspiration for your own AI-powered projects.

2. Aikeedo Price Calculator

The Aikeedo Price Calculator is a Google Sheet that turns what each AI provider charges you into the credit ratios you enter in Aikeedo. You set how many credits you sell per US dollar and the profit margin you want. The calculator then works out how many credits each token, image, second or character should cost, and how many credits each of your plans can include.

Using the Price Calculator

How the calculator is organized

The calculator has four tabs:
  • Calculator: the credit ratios for the current Aikeedo release.
    • At the top are your settings. The Matches Aikeedo cell shows which Aikeedo version the model list is for, and Costs last updated shows when we last checked provider prices.
    • Below them is one section per AI service, in the same order as the Credit ratios page in your admin panel.
    • At the bottom is a Custom LLM server section for servers you add yourself.
  • Plans: your subscription plans and the most credits each one can include.
  • Legacy models: models that have been removed from Aikeedo. The Removed in column shows the version that removed each one.
  • Currencies: the currency list used by the Plans tab. You don’t need to change it.
Each model row shows:
Green cells are the ones you can change. Orange cells are the results you copy into Aikeedo. Hover over a cell with a small black triangle in its corner to read a note about it.

Set up your calculator

1

Make your own copy

The shared calculator is read-only. Open it from my.aikeedo.com, then choose File → Make a copy in Google Sheets. Make all your changes in your copy.
2

Set how many credits you sell per US dollar

Enter it in Credits per USD. For example, 100 means a user pays $1 for 100 credits. Every ratio in the calculator follows from this number, so choose it before you set up your plans.
3

Set your default profit margin

Enter it in Profit margin at the top. The margin is the share of the price your users pay that you keep after paying the provider. With a 20% margin, $0.20 of every dollar a user spends is your profit and $0.80 pays the provider.
4

Adjust margins for individual models (optional)

To charge more or less for one model, type a different percentage into that row’s Profit margin cell. This is useful when you want to keep popular models cheap or charge more for premium ones.To put a row back on the default margin, copy the Profit margin cell from a row you didn’t change and paste it into that row.
5

Set up your plans

On the Plans tab, enter each plan’s price and choose its currency. Copy a row to add more plans. Max credit amount shows the most credits you can include in that plan and still keep your margin. Prices in other currencies are converted to US dollars at the current exchange rate.

Enter the ratios in Aikeedo

1

Open the Credit ratios page

In your admin panel, go to Settings → Finance → Credit ratios.
2

Copy each value

For each field on the page, find the calculator row whose Model matches the field’s label. Copy the 1 unit = X credits value into the field. The unit shown next to the field matches the calculator’s Unit column.Under each field, Aikeedo shows the ratio the other way round, for example “1 credit = 1,600 tokens”. It should match the 1 credit = X units column.
3

Fill in every field and save

Aikeedo lets you save only after every field has a value.
A field set to 0 makes that model free for your users. If you don’t plan to offer a model, disable it rather than leaving its ratio at 0.
The credit fields accept up to 9 decimal places, and the calculator already rounds its results to fit.

Custom LLM servers

If you added your own LLM servers (for example OpenRouter, Together AI, Groq or Ollama), their models also appear on the Credit ratios page. These servers set their own prices, so the calculator doesn’t list them. Use the Custom LLM server section at the bottom of the Calculator tab instead:
  1. Enter the model’s name and price type in Model.
  2. Replace the 0 in Cost with the provider’s price per 1 million tokens, taken from the provider’s pricing page.
  3. Copy the result into Aikeedo like any other row.
Copy the rows if you need more of them.

Keep your ratios up to date

New Aikeedo releases often add models and remove old ones. After updating:
  1. Open the shared calculator again and check that Matches Aikeedo shows your new version.
  2. Open Credit ratios in your admin panel. Fields for newly added models are empty.
  3. Find those models in the shared calculator. Copy their rows into your copy, or make a fresh copy and enter your settings and margins again.
  4. Enter the new ratios and save.
A model that Aikeedo has removed can still be on your installation, for example a language model you imported before updating. As long as it is on your Credit ratios page, keep its ratio up to date with the Legacy models tab. The tab uses the settings from the Calculator tab.
Update that row’s Cost cell in your copy and enter the new result in Aikeedo. Check Costs last updated in the shared calculator now and then to see when we last reviewed prices.
Some providers charge differently depending on resolution, quality or video length, while Aikeedo charges one rate per unit. In those cases the calculator uses the price of the most expensive option your users can choose, so a costly request never runs at a loss. Where a provider publishes no price for a model, the calculator uses the price of its closest sibling and explains this in a note on the Cost cell.A unit marked with * is the unit fal.ai reports that model’s usage in, for example thousands of video tokens. Aikeedo multiplies what fal.ai reports by your ratio, so enter the calculator’s value as it is, even if your Credit ratios page shows a different unit next to the field. The note on the Cost cell says which.
